Wasn't sure what to expect when ordering this item but it lives up to expectations. Many attachments that pack away quite compactly. I was a little disappointed at first that there was only one 'slicing blade' but discovered there is a 'knob' underneath that you can turn and this allows you to adjust how thick or thin you'd like it to slice. Very clever! and saves having too many attachments. The plastic bowl feels a little flimsy (compared to my old Kenwood model) but this shreds/slices etc, at twice the speed. Would recommend if you don't want to fork out silly money and just want something that does the job.

We have the small version of this food processor which is awesome so bought this as a gift my my mothers birthday.It's an tmattractive food processor that looks the part in the kitchen.There are so many attachments and some which she won't use as she's already stated. It claims to do a lot and clearly it has. We get videos every day from my mother showing us what her present does, from smoothies to chopping food. Quite noisy but when I think what this cost Co. Pared to others I can't complain.

We had this little very old blender which had 2 additional jars which we literally used for everything including for Juice, smoothies as well. But recently it decided to stop working which made our life little difficult when it comes to food items which required blending.Fortunately found this one from a common friend of ours and to start with we were unsure to buy it as its not a known brand. But I glad to say we are not regretting our decision - Its a great food processor.Since it arrived, we had used it for few food processing styles and earlier today tried to make banana milkshake with jar attachment provided and I must say it was a smooth experience.My wife used it for blending purpose and its same feedback I have received.No regrets that its not a very known brand in UK but we are glad its working great for us and hoping to use it more in near future.Highly recommend this one !!

I'm leaving just one start, since I've got very disappointed by the service provided by the company Decen and "it's 2-years guarantee".This multifunctional food processor is a good piece of equipment. It's powerful and allows a wide range of usages, from grinding to blending and food processing. Only once during dough mixing it overheated and took a 5 mins break before it cooled off and restarted working.After half a year of use, the grinder container cracked. It did not fall or smashed on the floor, it happened when I was drying its interior with a tea towel and perhaps I applied a bit of pressure on the item with my hand and I heard it crack. Nothing you expect to happen to a high quality product when being cleaned. I quickly emailed Decen's customer service, asking how I can purchase replacement parts, since my item is fully functional and it would remain so for a much longer while. Decen has replied that the item is only sold inba complete package only, I responded that this approach is very wasteful, economically and environmentally. A high quality product that is definitely functional should not be disposed due to a broken container, a worn-out sealing rubber, or a blunt knife, especially when it consists of so many little items that provide it with its multifunctional abilities. They apologised and offered me a 10% payback which would be less than £10. I refused to the kind offer and was offered again a new hand blender which I am declining for the very same reason.I do not intend to produce any more waste than I have to and Decen's role as a manufacturer is to support me in doing so, not encourage me to receive a brand new item when mine would be perfectly functional with just one replacement of a single part.This is a multipurpose device with a wide range of abilities which means, it's got knives, sealing rubbers, and 3 plastic containers. I highly recommend you to think twice before purchasing this item, since a loss of a rubber, a fragmented container, or a broken knife will disable your device and not be replaced.I'm addition to the above, the manufacturing quality isn't the best I've see, overall the product lasts alright except for a few bits here and there that would not wear out with a wise product design. The food processor's lid has a little piece of plastic that shuts it sealed, however, not after many uses it started melting due to the heat generated by the fast rotation of the blade and annoying come off everytime I open the lid. It's already been deformed by shape and I've been placing it back in after every use for a couple months now. No drama, just annoying. And the blender has plastic stripes in the interior side, that seem to strengthen the structure and make it both harder to clean and remove the blended matter, again, doable, just not ideal.I will go with a proper brand next time, I've already figured that here on Amazon the prices of Ninja and Vitamix are nearly identical to this one, however, they provide replacements and I want to believe that they put more emphasis on smarter design and higher quality of materials.

Safety locking mechanism too difficult too align so machine won't start. Very difficult to see the black small alignment symbols as it's all black and although it feels like it's correctly aligned you know it isn't as it won't start. Also the blender cup sometimes unscrews before the blade assembly so spillage likely. I bought this with great expectations as the previous reviews where good but I'm now wrapping it up to send back.I'm all for safety but please make it still useable..

Had looked at other products on line, but decided on this one. It only had 1 or 2 other reviews but, I'm glad I did!! Very powerful, very easy to clean, not noisy, excellent value for money. Have used it quite a few times now to make soup, etc., and I still love it. The blender part is so easy to clean - just love, love, love the product and very pleased with it - my last blender blew up!!
