Very Happy So far...I'll update this if anything changes, but right out of the box I was thrilled.It was well packed and has EVERYTHING you could need.I didn't realize it came with a cover, so that was a lovely surprise.Other things I Like about this fire box/pit:- the wood box itself is nice and deep- it feels heavy/sturdy, but not too heavy to lift/move- it's attractive- it includes a removable screen to limit sparks and flyaway debris- it is fully lined with a screen to prevent spills, sparks and flyaway debris- it got a nice railing around the top that helps with both safety and moving the fire pit- It's large enough for a decent size fire, but not so big that it's hard to move around- it includes a grill that makes heating and cooking with it an option- it came with a nice long fire poker that will definitely make it safer to use- it came with a note from customer service encouraging you to contact them with any concerns you may have- Compared to other similar fire pits I've looked at at, the price I paid was very reasonableAgain, if anything changes, I'll update this review, but right now I can't say enough nice things about it.

Love the price I got this at. I've been looking for one for a few years but never liked what I found for the price. When I saw this one and noticed the size and design I bought it. it's well built and the poker/hook is a great size and length. we've used it about 4 times so far and it's great. Even used the grill top, not bad but the burgers were a bit too smokey tasting. My change on that is how I would arrange the wood in the pit so it would burn hot but not have so much of the smoke filter into the meat.

I spent a lot of time looking for the right fire pit. Most of the ones that are available at Home Depot and other home centers look nice, but they are cheaply made. They are very light weight (around 25 lbs) and use thin gauge steel. So when I came across the Legacy fire pit, I was happy to see that they used a much thicker steel. The weight says it all: it weighs a full 50 lbs!!! This thing is solid and well built. It came fully assembled, and we were able to use it immediately. We are very, very satisfied and happy we found this great pit made by a company that cares about quality! It also came with a weather cover when the pit is not in use. Awesome!!

My husband loves his Fathers Day present! I wasn't sure if it was big enough but it is the perfect size and it looks great. We used it the first night and it exceeded our expectations of firepit life. I especially loved that the vendor of the product was incredibly customer service-centric: We were missing the poker for the firepit (UPS put a beating on the box) and so I called to let them know about 15 minutes before they closed operations. Without delay or hassle, the poker was on our porch in a few days (and they sent us tracking info!). Thank you for making our summer night dreams come true!

Nice fire pit, outfitted with everything, to enjoy using it as a fire pit, or cooking area.....comes with a cover also.....30 inches in diameter is bigger than you might think....I was pleased with the size, and weight....heavy enough to last for quite some time, but still reasonably easy to move. Oh and it has a metal poke stick/plus a hook on the end to lift ember guard.....steel legs keep it up off the ground as well....had a ding or two, from rough handling, but was easily fixed with a small hammer......very pleased

Very nice. Solid construction with quality materials and valuable extras (cover and grill). May be a bit too heavy to move around, especially if loaded with firewood, but that's not an issue for my placement and use.

This is an attractive and heavy duty fire pit. It comes with a long rod (to lift the domed screen when adding more wood), a BBQ grate, and a cover to protect against the weather when not in use. FYI: a reviewer complained that it didn't weigh 50 pounds as advertised, but if you read the specifications it clearly lists shipping weight at 50 pounds and the item weight at 44 pounds.

For $70 this is a GREAT fire pit. Its heavy duty and surely will last several seasons. Nice size. Cant wait to try it out this weekend!
