First time I bought it worked like a champ. More energy less tired when working around house. The 2nd time I bought ( last time too ) it is useless. I do not recommend it. Hopefully it is not from unethical procedures. A lot of money spent for my case . So frustrating.

I was looking to add a supplement with these ingredients. My stomach is tricky, and many supplements either make me nauseated or increase the acid reflux. These did not. I like to take them before my daily hikes for the increased energy. I've also noticed an increase in overall mood. They don't leave any sort of aftertaste, nor do they leave the dreaded "burp" aftertaste. Also, I didn't have any side effects. With some of the medications I take, sometimes I'll get a flush or headache. I didn't have ANY side effects with these. I feel this is a very good product to add to my pre-workout.
