A minimalist, affordable, universal ankle rig
As someone who is a bit of a concealed carry gear nut, I was thoroughly impressed with this universal ankle rig. I first became aware of this holster after watching a demo video of on Youtube, and the idea that I can fit a multitude of sub-compacts in the same ankle holster and that it is also ambidextrous so you can carry on either leg thoroughly intrigued me. I recognized the owner of the company Joe Cochran in the demo video who I had seen in other videos advertising Sticky Holster products which I am a fan of, so I decided to give this ankle holster a try to see if it really lived up to what they advertised. When I first received the ankle holster I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. The velcro was very secure, no loose stitching on the elastic band, and the nylon holster was stretchy yet durable to accommodate different shaped and sized guns. Best of all was that the padding on the elastic band behind the holster seemed fairly comfortable, and comfort is one of the most important features in a good ankle holster.I wore this ankle holster for two and a half shifts on the job (not out in the field but in office) so I could give a more thorough review of this rig in use before posting. For me personally, this ankle holster is perfect for smaller sized mouse guns like the Ruger LCP up or an airweight snubby like a S&W J-Frame. Sub-Compact 9mm pistols like the Glock 43 felt a little bulky where you could feel the weight of the gun a bit more, and because of the open top at the bottom of the nylon holster the barrel end of the pistol began rubbing into my ankle bone which was very uncomfortable, but after adjusting the cant a bit it was fine.In conclusion, this is an excellent universal ankle rig and is perfect if you own multiple pocket sized pistols. As I said before it is extremely stable and comfortable when holding pocket .380s or snubnose revolvers, but I prefer traditional, molded, reinforced ankle holsters with the option of a calf strap when it comes to larger sub-compact 9mms for ankle carry. However, ankle carry really shines with the smaller pistols anyway and the Ultimate Ankle Holster definitely fits the Glock 43 and 26 sub-compacts as advertised, so this isn't a knock on the product. I wouldn't be opposed to carrying a Glock 43 or 26 in this holster if I didn't already own ankle rigs for those particular guns.

Beware of Poor Retention
Very comfortable and good quality leg band, and a decent one-size-fits-all fit. BUT...the elastic firearm retention strap is about as thick and durable as what you would find on a pair of men's briefs (wrong material for this application...needs to be heavier duty). Also, the snap on the end of retention strap is really, really cheap and NOT strong at all. If you look at it cross eyed, it comes unsnapped. The gun sleeve interior is slick against the gun, so if (when) that snap comes loose for any reason, I can guarantee that your firearm will be on the floor and/or lost. Imagine the possible consequences. It's a shame, because it seems like the manufacturer went all the way to the 5 yard line, and then quit the game. All because of using a sub-par strap and snap.

Excellent Quality and Comfortable Ankle Holster!!
I own and have used many different ankle holsters so I wanted to wait and write this after I put the holster through it's paces. I walk 2 plus miles a day and this is an excellent and very good fitting holster. I've carried everything from a Ruger LCP to a Glock 26 in it and it is extremely comfortable. There have even been times I have had to check to make sure my gun is still on. I have worn this both with and without socks and it works great either way. No rubbing or chaffing problems. I rest the holster on top of my shoe and it stays put. This will work fine depending on your shoe/pants combination. If you want something to ride higher on the leg and not slide down I suggest an ankle holster with a calf strap. I personally do not care for that model of ankle holster. Understanding the holster's design and use it accordingly and this holster will serve you well. Price and quality are outstanding. So much so that after getting my first one and trying it out for only one week I purchased 2 more of these.

Great holster
I am a Physical Training & a Control Tactics instructor for a large agency. I have to run and do some exercises while carrying concealed. I have purchased 4 holsters for my glock 43. It has been difficult finding a holser that's not too bulky, breathes, doesn't move around much, and is comfortable for what I do. This ComfortTac holster far exceeds the other holster in the comfort department. It feels secure and does not cause the gun to dig into my ankle. The material even breathes better than the material on my other 3 holsters. I highly recommend these holsters.I don't have much free time, therefore, it means a lot if I take the time to right a review.

Good if you have a super lightweight weapon
Quality was so-so for the price. However, It couldn't support the weight of a single stack Sig P239 (which I admit is a solid gun for a semi compact). I got it as tight around my calf as possible with my Sig P239 and it fell down my ankle to my shoe within 20-30 steps.
