Ridiculously small, little stretch, uncomfortable, and excessive return cost
Per the listing, I ordered two sizes bigger than what I thought I required, and these still came up at least two sizes too small. Even if they had fitted, there is hardly any stretch in the material, the lining has rough edges, and the velcro has very harsh edges, so you would need to wear a pair of cycling shorts underneath. Added to all that, the cost to return was nearly a third of the price of the item, and about double what I would expect to pay for shipping an item this light. Just scrapes a second star because there is a reasonable amount of padding on them, and they might be OK for light impacts, but I'd strongly recommend looking for a better alternative.

These shorts provide excellent padding and are very comfortable. I would say they are more geared towards extreme sports and would not be suitable for road cycling. The waist band is also very comfortable and stops any sort of sliding. However, I would also buy at least one size up and they are a snug fit. However, the protection they offer is absolutely excellent. Very pleased.I hope you found this review helpful:)

Sizing massively on the small side
The sizes listed for this product are laughable. Sizes are at least two smaller than advertised, I ordered a xxl for myself meant to be 32" -36" waist, I'm a 33" waist and found waist band 3" short of being able to close Velcro.

Excellent value and exactly what we were looking for. My son has just started ice skating and needs the protection (he still falls down a lot!)
