Was using on heavy dumbbells for deadlift and squat. Find grip is very difficult, straps drags down almost pulling off fabric. Think the idea is right but the delivery of the product to meet the need is not just there yet. 3 stars as probably much better on a barbell.

These help me to deadlift whilst I have long false nails. Might feel a little weird if you’re not used to it but it allows you to comfortably lift and bear more weight to your wrist if you aren’t able to grip for whatever reason. Feels durable and well made

Lasted four months before the strap twisted and the metal guides broke

I bought this product to minimise pain I experience when training on some weight exercises. I have arthritis and my wrists and fingers can be very painful when curling ;shrugging; dead lifts etc. These straps spread the load, even on very heavy weights, and I can train normally again. Very good value. Thanks!

Decent for lifting more then 100kg

These are comfortable but haveing small hands means I can not grip around the bar so my hands are in an open position.
