I was a bit sceptical at first, but this mouth tape has really helped with my snoring.It’s surprisingly comfortable, too. I thought it’d feel weird having something on my mouth while I sleep, but the design’s quite clever, doesn’t cover the whole mouth, so I don’t feel suffocated or anxious wearing it.Easy to stick on and peel off in the morning and doesn’t leave any mess or irritation. I’ve got fairly sensitive skin, and it’s been totally fine.Best part? It actually stays put all night. Doesn’t shift or fall off, even when I roll around a bit. Honestly, didn’t expect to like it as much as I do.

Expected chaos with this on my beard, but it works great. Sticks all night, comes off easily, and my nasal breathing is spot on. Snoring’s a thing of the past, and my beard’s still glorious!

I started using the Stoic Edge mouth tape not just for sleep quality but because I tend to clench my jaw during the night, which gives me awful headaches in the morning. I’ve tried mouth guards, but they were uncomfortable and didn’t do much to stop the habit.This tape has been a surprising fix – since my mouth stays gently closed, I find I’m clenching far less. No more morning headaches or jaw ache, which has been a massive relief! Plus, it’s incredibly comfortable and breathable; I barely feel it on. I’d recommend this for anyone who clenches their jaw or grinds their teeth at night.

I'm new to mouth taping at night, so this is only my second brand and type of mouth tape. This one resembles a fabric plaster, although it's cut into a "H" shape, which you can wear in either direction. It's well made and durable, and I can see the extra adhesion might be particularly useful for users with beards. I don't have a beard, however, and find it a bit too tough on my skin, plus it makes me feel slightly claustrophobic. I've had more luck with different styles of type, but am rating this 4 stars in light of the fact that it's well made and packaged. The pack also includes nasal strips. However, at this price - or less - it's possible to buy packs of mouth tape with twice or three times the quantity.

Right, I was convinced this was going to be one of those ridiculous things where you wake up in the morning with your beard glued to your pillow. But I was wrong! This tape stays stuck all night, even with my glorious beard in the way, and in the morning, it comes off nice and easy, no screaming or beard casualties. And you can still breathe through it, so no waking up in a panic thinking you’ve been buried alive. Snoring’s down, sleep’s up – it’s a win-win.
