Deluxe Nutrition Casein Night Time Protein Powder Unflavoured 2.5 kg

Been using this for over a year, now. It doesn't taste great, and it doesn't mix easy. But I take that as a sign that this stuff doesn't have added flavours or chemicals to make it mix easy. I'm convinced I recover faster from a workout if I take it, so no complaints here.

I've tried a lot of suppliments and have heard people complain about flavor. This protein is the worse tasting drink, never mind supplements, that I've ever drank. I loath making my nighttime shake wile using this powder. Having said that, it's cheap and I wish I could make a comment about what sort of results I've had while using it, but its just so difficult to drink that I haven't been consistent in my use to really make a fair judgment. It's also one of the most difficult to mix I have ever seen, this is common with casein protein powders on the market. I'm not sure what it means, but you expect casein protein to coagulate into a gel in your stomach, this stuff does it as soon as it hits the water/milk. In short, if you manage to get this stuff down your gut regularly it does what a casein powder is suppose to do... but good luck with that.

Requires more motivation to take this than doing the actual workout.

This stuff is great, just tastes milky. None if those dodgy sweeteners or additives, just pure protein. I add Stevia to mine, or a drop of apple juice. I find it hard to sleep without it now, definitely speeds up recovery. Great price too.

I have had a few different casein's and this is by far the most vial disgusting tasting thing I have ever tried. Gross
