Highly recommend
This is the only sponge cake my son can eat. He has wheat/gluten/dairy/egg/nut/pea allergies and this mixture is free from all of them! I make it up with a no-egg egg replacer and dairy free sunflower spread and it makes about 10 lovely cupcakes or I make one big square cake and cut into brownies. I sometimes add some dairy free chocolate drops to the mixture to make them extra chocolatey. My 5 year old boy loves them and so do my other children who are allergy free. Highly recommend

Nice taste but a tad dry.
Having recently gone gluten free, I've been trying a variety of different baked goods. I was delighted to find this on Prime Pantry, and while I enjoyed the flavour, I have to mark it as four stars because it was incredibly dry. I've made it a few different times now, and every time, it's the same, even I change up the baking time, etc. It's a bit disappointing, but this will at least do in a bind!

Really lovely choclate cake , I added a mashed banana into my tray cake .Very moist and tasty .Will buy again

Light and delicious.
The cake was light and delicious but it did look a bit pale I had to ice it to make it look as good as it tasted.
