Everything about this device is useless. I can't believe android would put their name on the software and Amazon would allow this to be sold basically posing as a fire tablet on prime day. Highly disappointed, will return.

Everything came as described. The case is nice and the tablet comes in it already. The tablet is a little slow but overall it's a great tablet for kids.

This tablet is only being used by a toddler, so it functions well enough, but I would not recommend for older children. Downloading is very slow, but the toddler games work just fine. I've noticed that other reviews mention issues with certain apps. Disney is definitely one of them, so watching movies/shows is a problem. The app store states issues and incompatibility with the Disney+ app. It stops working after a little while. And the cover is kind of flimsy, doesn't stand up well on certain surfaces and slips when trying to press the power and volume buttons. Picture quality is decent, but the battery doesn't last long, even if it's not used too much. It's a cheaper option for kids under 5.

I really wanted to like this tablet. I tried to give it a couple weeks to see and it hasn't gotten any better. The tablet freezes all the time. It's very slow and the battery life is not great.

Esta sin duda es una muy bonita tableta ,es de muy buen tamaño y calidad tus hijos la pueden llevar a todos lados sin que te tengas que preocupar por que la puedan estrellar ya que viene con un protector en forma de mariposa realmente nos encanto

Tablet works great once I can get it to turn on. I am going to get a replacement. I have to hold the button for an extensive amt of time to power on and click repeatedly to wake the screen up. It's a good size. The cover is great. Overall so recommend.

We bought this for a cross country drive to entertain our little one with movies. It takes a while for start up/loading once completely off. We only use it for mounted car entertainment, had it a month and somehow the screen is cracked. Kids do not touch, we start/stop and charge the tablet. Not sure how the screen cracked as it was sitting in the car, but it's no longer responding to touch so we can't use it.

I've tried to connect this to the internet multiple times. My network will not show and when I scan the QR code it still doesn't work. I've also opened up my phone port just as a double check and still nothing. Disappointed.
