For making burgers, potato cakes, round fried eggs, bubble and squeak. Haven't made pastry for a while or welsh cakes or American pancakes but they would be perfect. I am pleased with this product and use it at least once a week. Oh yes a must if you want mashed potatoes to look organised like the chefs do.
