For the price it's great and it does work but you need to be consistent, I was doing my legs for about 8 weeks before my holiday and it made a massive difference to how often and how thick the hair regrowth was, it does take some time to 'reload' the flashes at higher levels...it keeps cutting off due to high temperature and I was about to return it because I tried 3 adaptors before I could get it to work....it's wonky and made in China. SO buyer beware you can spend £300/£400 on an IPL device that might look prettier but this will get the job done just as good even if the device is a bit rickerty.

The product seems a bit temperamental... When it works it's great and you can see the effects relatively quickly but there have been quite a few times where the product turns off whilst in use (after like 2 flashes) and it's frustrating when doing large areas like full legs. It may be due to being sent a European plug adapter rather than one for a UK plug point, so by using the EU to UK adapter, it could cause this issue.

Does not work at all. Have used as suggested and I am light skinned with dark hair. I should be an ideal subject for this product. I have wasted time and money. Avoid and buy a better quality device.

I LOVE this product, I've used it 4 times so far and I've gone from having to shave my legs every other day to once a week if that and there's some completely hair free patches too. It's really simple to use as well

Get used to the pain after the first use, but did not work AT ALL on my skin after 12 sessions (3-4 months).

Didn't notice any change. Didn't work a complete waste of time and money!
