Didn’t grip LED strip
Disappointed to be honest. Build quality of them is good but I found that clamping to the LED strip side was very poor. Gap is too large between the teeth and opposite face so the teeth don’t bite into the strip.I believe the LED strip I was installing was fairly standard.Not tried any other products to compare as yet.

Worked very well
Used these indoor for the summer house for strip lights having the clear rubber coating on them and is in my opinion much better than the flat ones. Once you get used to using the connectors by stripping away the sticky foam under the strip LED first. I needed to cut these into strips of about 50cm and used these connectors. Some were a bit tricky but I did not have a single dud in the pack (actually used 24 of them) and linked together 2 x 5M LED strips at 50cm length. Very good value and worked out so much cheaper than buying individual strips.

Alot better than the other connectors you can get and makes a good connection with ease .

Very disappointed.
Found it impossible to join extension cables regardless what method used. Bought several connection kits but nothing worked. Had to bin the lot.

Simply brilliant product

Don't waste your time
Did not make a clean connection on either wire or the led strips I used. Tried for hours stripping the foam on the led strip, putting in extra padding on the wire side (too loose) but nothing got a good connection. Best I achieved was an inconsistent connection with not all colours working. Relies on the connector cutting through the wire and led strip with small metal prongs and maintaining a strong connection when installing the strip in place. Quicker and stronger to solder the wire directly to the led strip in my experience.
