pardon the pun but.... a pile of crap! don't waste your cash, this has got zero active ingredients that would make any hint of a difference

Does what it says very well!
These tablets seem to have dealt with my piles issue within the 5 days as stated which is great, now just to keep them away! Still got some left if it comes back but these definitely work, well worth the money, I used them with another form of medication and it seemed to do the job well.

I normally use germaloid ointment which keeps my mild problem under control after massive swelling and unbearable pain I bought these,within 3 days pain had gone down by 70% after 7 days swelling had nearly gone and no pain, I will buy these again great

Very Good!
Being troubled with painful piles I bought these Tablets after reading positive reports and reviews, and I have to say so far so good they appear to helping .It has taken about a week to feel some improvement but all good so far!

Suddenly, I had a new problem. It was major (to me), like never before. I was ill all day at work; sick, and upset, very, as I had to go on holiday. In less then three days I was a new man! Even my older little "problems" seem dissappered, and I mean it. Disappeared, absorbed. I used them with Yokult in the morning. Excellent experience I d definitely recommend. Thanks.

The only treatment that has cleared up my piles, I have had all sorts of prescription medication. took 3 tablets a day for two weeks, saw an improvement after 3 days, now on one a day to prevent any recurrence. Will be reordering.
