Minimalist Rice Flour (2.5 lb), Gluten Free, Cooking & Baking, Reusable Packaging

Just what I needed, the right amount, good quality and the container is very nice, it’s a keeper !

Been using this rice flour for lining my bread banneton basket for homemade sour dough…. It’s a nice fine flour that really helps prevent sticking. The container is nice a slim so it doesn’t take a lot of room in my pantry. It’s reusable and good for refilling or repurposing. Overall happy with the product and container I would definitely recommend and purchase again.

The container isn't perfect, but it's not bad either. It matches the style of other containers I use for baking ingredients, though the lid is just a friction fit and doesn't have a push button that helps to secure it. If you get flour all the way to the lid, it sticks in the grooves and spills when you take the lid off. For that reason it's best to always store it upright, not on a side.I bake by weight so I didn't mind the shape of the lid. I honestly bought this one in particular because of the container it came in and I thought it would be great to reuse and keep in the kitchen. The container didn’t arrive in the best shape though. The labels are peeling and have some sort of dirt under them in some spots. Maybe once I’ve used it up I will try to remove the labels and put new ones on. I’m just worried that it will leave a sticky residue behind. It’s very overpriced for the quality of the container and rice flour inside.

The flour is as expected: nice gluten free substitution for a wheat one.I like the container it comes in, forts it keeps the flour fresh and secondly, it’s reusable

Got the rice and container but the container is cracked... and just because there is flour in it I can't exchange or get a replacement.

This was a nice way to get rice flour that is easy to store. I found I liked the idea of rice flour more than the rice flour it's self. After a few different recipes, I found pancakes were the best thing I could make from it and that was it. That's a me problem and not indicative of the flour its self.I found the flour very finely ground and easy enough to scoop and serve with my funky reversible measuring scoops. The cap design allowed a little flour to escape on initial opening but nothing since. I really like the container, just wish I had better luck with rice flour in general. I've got some other Minimalist spices and the smaller version of this container is even cuter and handier.
