Q: Is it one size fits all?

I’m a size 40D woman and I wear XL shirt or size 16-18 and I was able to wear this and adjust it as needed

Q: what size is good for? I am XS (5'4", 102lb) not sure if it's too big.

I’m 5’5”, 125lbs and it fits fine. There are adjustable straps on the side that are perfect to keep it the right size. I can make it bigger when I put a bladder in it and tighten(easily) if I don’t. I have never had it close to as tight as it can go, so I would think I would work for you. I bought a second one because I wear it ALL the time and want to have one when I need to wash the other. Have had for over 2 years and they are holding up great!

Q: How do I select color?

I just looked at them individually, so there was the one color only. I have the pink and the blue and I use them all the time!
