Nice but no Mother
This works well in the salad dressings I've used it with.My normal cider vinegar has The Mother in it but this does not so it's not as healthy but it's still got a good flavour to it.I won't be switching to this but it's still good albeit more expensive than a supermarket own brand

Clean and tangy...
Pretty good Cider Vinegar that's got a good tangy clean flavour that's perfect for cooking. I've tried it in half-a-dozen recipes now and it's enhanced flavours without dominating them. I think if I was looking for a Cider Vinegar for daily shots I'd try something less-filtered and hopefully organic but for cookery this one's good.You get a sensible amount (for occasional users) and there's a good plastic pouring nozzle in the bottle-opening that means you've got good control of the amount you're dispensing. Overall there's nothing very exceptional about it but the flavour's good and the price is competitive with good quality alternatives.
