Really dark with a rich taste
My wife and I first discovered this Dagoba Eclipse Dark Chocolate Bar at our health food store recently. We liked it so much we decided to buy several bars. I'm a big fan of dark, dark chocolate, and I really like chocolate in the 85-90% cacao range. The taste of this 87% cacao chocolate is every bit as good as its competitors. The taste is really rich and the texture is smooth, and there is just the bare hint of sweetness. As to its organic status, I'll just note what the label says: "Sourced from Dual-Certified Organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified Farms."
