So I suppose the concept here is that this is meant to simulate a mouth which can barely fit you. I say that because it's a very tight fit and I consider myself pretty much average in size. I didn't mind the teeth for the first couple days, but eventually pulled out the bottom row after the plastic started to rub off or something and they ended up with a weird jagged edge. I read the bad reviews for this product but continued onto the purchase anyways, as curiosity exists.Long story short, adding plastic teeth that were not filed down to form a smooth surface is quite literally a grating experience.I removed the teeth after tearing it out, and its still generic at best. The Mouth of Truth is honestly a good hole. It feels great and the teeth give a unique feel that no other holes can provide. The teeth can understandably be a hassle or injure you if you go too fast or are too big, but I never had this issue. The hole itself was mildly tight, but there was no suction to speak of. But the reason I bumped this down to 3 stars is because the hole I received started to break down on the third use. When I received the package and opened it, the hole and everything looked fine, except for a small dent on the corner of the box. The first time I used it though, it started to tear, then the second time, an air bubble arouse at the end, and then the third time it has started to leak lube out a hole from where the bubble was.In conclusion, the hole is fantastic, but it's physically not sturdy at all, with only a few uses and already seeing deterioration. I really like this product. The hard teeth at the front add an edge that sets this sleeve apart from others. The build quality, however, is quite poor. Mine arrived with a tear on one corner of the mouth. Also the canal is way off-center, to the point where the sleeve is extremely thin on one side. The material itself also has a strong smell, and gets quite oily. Again, I really like this thing and I can live with these defects, but was quite disappointed by these key details.
