I bought these after reading how it's helped others to sleep , the first few nights were awful no sleep at all but I had a cold and had been taking sudofed for my sinus pain and didn't realise they were full of caffeine! So once I stopped taking those and took the 5-GOT I have been having the best nights sleep I have had in months .

I researched this product as benefits to overthinking and promoting rest and sleep. I understand the process is not instant and as have been taking for 2 weeks now have started to feel subtle improvements. Further research has also suggested GABA as well as 5-HTP although I want to give a little longer to experience fully, along with further research. Am pleased with this product so far and the delivery and service was great.
