The claw is strong enough for all the little trinkets we put in the machine. The machine is very cute. The sounds are nostalgic. Great little toy!

I got this for my daughter’s birthday but even the adults were having fun playing. I just didn’t like that it didn’t come assembled already so my daughter had to wait a bit to be able to play with it.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I was stupid and didn't test it out when it arrived. So when christmas morning came, my daughter was so excited to see this. I set it up for her and the control that moves the crane on the inside didn't work. I contacted the company to request an exchange and they said that they couldn't do anything because the return/exchange had expired. So they wouldn't do anything amd I lost out on 35-40$ It's a shame because my daughter was really excited when she seen it, but she never even got the chance to use it. I understand that things like this can happen, but for them to not offer me an exchange wasn't right.

The idea is cute but it's not a very durable toy. My daughter broke it after a few months.

My daughter wanted this toy forever, and I was very hesitant to buy it because of all the bad reviews.. lo and behold.. this toy worked really well! Not sure why it had so many bad reviews?? It works perfect! Glad I purchased it, and didn’t listen to the naysayers!

For my first pop-up booth, I wanted to buy something interactive to encourage people to follow my instagram or make any purchase and then they can play the claw machine. It was great!!! For small kids, the controls were hard to use. For an older teenager crowd, it was fun for them! I’m 25 & it took me a while to figure it out hahaha. It does come with stickers to decorate but I wanted to add my own later on, the clear panels are plastic and protected with a frosty sheet so be sure to peel those off. It does NOT take batteries. I brought a power bar to keep plugged in on and off when used. The music was catchy for the customers to do a little dance. Over all I would recommend!! The plushies it came with are a huge hit.
