Nice upgrade for me!
I hate clocks that 'tick, tick, tick'! This desk/shelf clock has a 'sweep' second hand that is completely silent! It's also big enough with great contrasting colors so it's easy to read even from across the room.A surprise feature that I won't likely use but is cool to have is the LIGHT! Touch the top and the dial ILLUMINATES!

Keeps excellent time and fairly easy to read
This desk top clock is a great size for my bed side table. I wish it was a bit brighter, but I can see and read it ok. I'm 80 years old so for young people this clock is really good.

Quiet, battery operated, alarm clock.
Just what I was looking for. An attractive, quiet, battery operated clock with alarm capabilities. Ticking sounds while sleeping are irritating and keep me awake. This clock is completely silent. The backlight is dark but can be turned on with a touch if a button if needed. Time and alarm is easily set in no tume st all. Great product.

Glow in the Dark! So Great! My elderly father loved this!
I got this for my elderly father for his birthday! He really loves the big letters and the fact that its back lit and glows in the dark is great for middle of the night use. The batter life is great! I think he has to change them every 6 months or so! I would recommend this to anyone who likes to see the time in a dark bedroom.

Lit at night
I wanted a clock that I could see in the dark, from a distance. The large face is easy to read. The clock has an automatic light dimming feature that makes it visible in the dark.
