I have enjoyed this feeder since receiving it. It's really easy to set up and I have had no faults since doing so. I didn't use the voice setting, but kept as is, and sort of giggle every time it makes a "donk donk" sound when it's feeding time. My cat seems to like it too. Great buy!

This was easy to set up for use and so far is working well.

I've always used gravity feeders for my cats but the food kept getting stuck and it wasn't really doing what it was intended to do (I had to always shake the bowl to get it loose). So, I decided to switch to this and I'm glad I did. It works great and the cats have taken it right away. The bowl is a good size and it holds a good amount.The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the setup was a bit confusing. The directions are okay and give you an idea but it took me a bit to get it to work like it's supposed to. Also, if the screen lock is on, if you hit the feed button before it's scheduled food time it won't drop the food. The screen has to be unlocked for it to work. I don't know if I read over it on the directions or not but I didn't remember seeing anything about it in there. It's also on military time which isn't a huge deal but that also confused me a little bit at first.Overall I would recommend this for people to buy. It might take a little bit to get it set up but when you do it works well.

I bought this for an extended weekend getaway instead of arranging a pet sitter to drop in to feed my cats. It took several days to adjust the portion size and # of meals, but I finally figured it out. For my 3 cats, it takes 3 meals at 4 portions plus a 4th meal at 2 portions, (the portion sizes seem so small). After returning from our trip, I discovered this automatic feeder is AMAZING! My cats have stopped jumping on my bed meowing in my ear for their early morning breakfast. Instead, they all huddle around the feeder about 10 minutes prior to it releasing their food (apparently my cats can tell time, haha). I should have bought this years ago! What a stress-reliever.

This product seemed like a good solution to our issue of having one cat with a special diet. She got fed four times a day so this was perfect with 4 set feed times. Unfortunately, it has been dispensing food at random times so she has been getting fed any where between 4-7 times a day. Her food is very expensive and she is already overweight. We have had it less than a month.

Firstly, the feeders clock is fast so when I reset the time in the morning, by the end of the day, it’s three minutes fast. After a week it’s feeding my pet nearly a half hour early. Secondly, it randomly skips feedings and dispenses food at other random parts of the days. I consistently check the settings and there’s no explanation to why it does it. Makes me feel very insecure about our pet getting fed while we are gone. DO BOT BUY THIS FEEDER.

Reading the other reviews I thought that it would be difficult to set-up, it's just hard getting the portions down. It makes things a lot more convenient because now if I go out I don't have to worry about getting home in time to feed my cat. I know that as long as there's food in the top that he will get his meals.If you're on the fence about what automatic feeder to get I'd recommend this one, it has the largest capacity out of the feeders I've seen and the most affordable among them.

We bought these to make to make it easier for our housesitter and to better control how much the cats were eating while we were out of the country for an extended period. In the two days I've been back, I've noticed that they randomly dump extra servings that are not programmed. One of our cats is greedy and gained 2 POUNDS due to all the extra food she'd been eating. Sadly, return window closed.
