Very good, solid performers for a hectic household
Just like the previous iClever BoostCubes that I have used, I am very happy with this one. I had gotten sort of used to only having one QuickCharge port on the double port models and usually reserved my phone charging cable to make sure it charged the quickest. Now, it is a bit easier. One thing that I have noticed and have found consistent between these cubes is that when I test the charging amperage and voltage via a USB tester, the QuickCharge ports consistently put out a fair amount more juice than the smartID counterparts. I noticed that even iPhones and iPads charged at least 20% quicker when charged via the QuickCharge port (even though they do not support QC to my knowledge).I have a very busy family of 5 so chargers and wall space are at a premium and therefore these chargers are paramount. Knock on wood* I do not have issues with these chargers and will continue to purchase until I either:Have issues the seller cannot or will not fixorFinally have the appropriate allotment of charging utilities (or cut down the electronics...)I can firmly get behind these chargers and prefer them to stock ones.

Great at first, but after several months, sparking and inconsistent charging is a concern, but customer service is great!
I really liked this at first. The prongs fold into the body, making it much more pocketable than other similar chargers, and it was great to keep in my back. About 6 or 7 months later, though, I've noticed that there would be an occasional spark when it is plugged in, as if it's not connected properly (but it is!). It's a bit concerning, though thankfully nothing caught on fire. Using this on multiple outlets, I've determined that this is an issue with the charger. So, here I am on Amazon again, looking for another wall charger that hopefully will be safer for my tablet.Update: Customer Service is amazing, though! The company reached out to me after this review and sent me another one of these, which is working decently the couple of times that I used it. The folding prong section seems to be more secured, so hopefully this one will last? I'll see what happens as time goes on, but I'm adding another star for the great customer service.

does not have the power out put that is advertised
aside from fast shipping and having 2 usb ports which are the only good thing about this unit, it does not provide the power output that is advertised. With the unit rated at 39Watts and the slots rated at 5v 3a it should have been able to easilly run my raspberry pie and my mini 7 inch USB monitor. The raspberry pie is rated at 5v 2.5a and the monitor is rated at 5v 2a and with in seconds of powering up the two I get an under voltage warning on the monitor and when i load up an emulator in retropie i get an under voltage warning in the command prompt, I would not recommend this product at all and will not purchase products from this company

Nice for the price. Works great, lots of power!
Seems to work ok. I use it on an Asus Zenpad 3S 10 9.7 which is supposed to take advantage of the quick charge feature. Don't know if it does or not because I never used the original and charge it over night. Would be nice if there were an LED to show if it was quick charging or not. But does work well, lots of power, not to big. Both plugs are quick charge capable so two devices at once can quick charge. I use it for the Zenpad and an LG G3 which does not use QC but does charge pretty quickly. Definitely worth the money for a decent charge with QC and lots of power for bigger devices.

Excellent!
Both charge ports integrate Quick Charge 3.0 and smart charging? Yes, please! This isn't an Anker, and that's a good thing. Plug in your device and it will be charged and fast as possible. No strategy required. It charges my phone faster than another other charger has. It is built well. I'm glad they used a folding plug for travel. The status light is a nice touch. It is not too bright to keep you up at night but it is still easily seen during the day. I'm really liking this.

It's like a normal charger on steroids.
It does not lie. I would believe any day, that this charger definitely charges any device up to roughly 40% faster. It has to be among the best chargers on the market; I couldn't see charging my devices any faster, without the complete, godly control of plasma. It does everything that it should and needs to. It's definitely worth the money any time of the week.Edit: This was stolen from me at school, that's how good it is.In all seriousness, although, this never broke to my knowledge, it sparks up every time it's plugged into an outlet and there's something rattling around inside and has been ever since about 1-3 months after buying. Once again, though, I don't own this anymore because it was stolen from me, sadly. I'll probably see if I can get another, but 'till then I suppose it's normal charging rates for me.

Not compatible with Note 9 or 10 (Slow charge warning when 2 phones connected)
I bought a white and black for my wife and I. She had the Note 9 and I have the Note 10 (Not the +). With the factory cable and after market cables I can plug them into the factory charger and even some car chargers and it shows fast charging and the time to full battery matches. But with these neither the Note 10 or 9 show fast charging. The only reason it doesn't get 1 star is because it still charges fast but just will take 30-40 minutes longer to full battery. Oh and if you plug two phones in at one you will get slow charge warnings on your phone.
