I'm happy with the fit and ride. I hiked with 28 lbs for 15 miles in 92F heat and 60% humidity. The waist belt was great. The shoulders could be a little wider. The pack is a minimally complicated, just a single bag. The side pouches are nice and big, fit my large bottom well and securely. The hip pouch is small but useful. It is a great pack for warm day hikes which is what I was looking for.

Excellent day hike pack for long distance walks. Not meant for overnight camping. Fit my back better than many other daypacks Was a little small. Purchased the next size up for future long distance trips.

I wanted a stylish, dependable work horse back pack that I could use while traveling. This does not disappoint. It arrived in perfect condition. Looks exactly as shown here. It holds a lot more than I originally planned. For instance while checking into my flight I was told that my suitcase was over weight. By 4 pounds. No worries! Thankfully I had my new backpack on. This backpack held my lap top, i pad, all the chargers, a book and snacks. Saved me a lot of money by shoving what was heavy in my suitcase. And I was able to traipse about the airport carrying all of that w zero discomfort. And the good news is that the backpack completely full still fit under the seat in front of me on the plane. Can not put a price tag on that kind of dependability.

In my opinion, Osprey makes the best hiking and backpacking packs, period.

I was looking for a simple, lightweight pack for hot and wet conditions. I'm about to put it to a big test, but so far it has fit the bill.
