This product really give me a lot of energy go through my day. I take this every morning. I have felt better and will continue using it for a while. Great product and improves your health. Especially iron. Increasing your iron.

I know Mongolian shilajit since I was a child. My grandma used to take shilajit pills every day as a daily vitamin. So I am well aware of the benefits of shilajit. I drink warm water with apple cider vinegar or 100% Aloe vera juice every morning on an empty stomach and do some meditation. I also took this shilajit to drink on an empty stomach some mornings. I wondered how it would taste, considering that I had never been used in its water-based form before. However, the taste is very mild herbal tea or similar to thyme tea. The smell reminds me of my childhood and my grandmother. There is no such thing as a sudden and quick change as if by using extra minerals, vitamins, and everything that is good for the body. I understand that, so I can't describe the results of this product right away, but I know for sure what its benefits are. So I will continue to drink it on an empty stomach in the morning because the taste and smell are comfortable to me and it's a natural product, and it's so easy to mix with warm water. Love it! And I'll definitely recommend to my friends.

I was gifted this product 3 months ago and really like it. So I used all and ordered another one. This is the purest shilajit you will ever find. It gives me lots of energy and helps to maintain my iron level. Highly suggested.

This product is not as pure as claimed. It did not include a certificate or the dipping fork/stick as advertised. I contacted Amazon about these issues and received a refund. I do not trust this product!
