I think this product is great (although I don't have it wall mounted) I filled mine up with dried marrowfat peas and it works a treat. I train iron palm and iron fist as well as doing grabbing excersises with it. the size is perfect, when filled up with dried marrowfat peas it can take about 2.5-3kg of peas but you could add some sand and probably get about 4-5 kg if you wish to make it heavier (I haven't actually tried this, it's just a rough estimation of the volume I have left in the bag) and it fits through your letterbox! Great quality and versitile bag that can be used for a veriety of martial arts training exercises and a very reasonable price.

Very well made, I work out for 2 hrs a day on Boxing Equipment, this is a Traditional training item well made!

This is the perfect bag for iron palm, small enough to fit in a cupboard and just the right amount of grain to toughen out the knuckles.

I'm very happy with the Punching Bag, it's very useful in my training and made of good and resistant material!
