Good experience, but the tracking updates could be better.
Use 15ml (3x5ml teaspoonfuls) both morning and night, either before or after brushing. Rinse for 30 seconds, then spit. Do not swallow and do not rinse with water. Use in the morning and in the evening for 12 hours of fresh breath confidence.
