basically just a piece of plastic with lots of metal needles.. It looks SUPER cheap and feels the same. Also, still to find out if even a few hairs are being brushed off my Labrador Retriever :D last time none! even with a big full-body brush..With another brush though, lots of undercoat came off.. weeeird.I bought it from watching a Youtube video.. Now I know not to do so in the future!
