Good replacement for the factory items we broke/lost
I picked this up for my sons truck as we broke his lug wrench and jack working on something else. These are decent quality and will work if he gets a flat an needs to swap a tire.

Chevy truck jack
The jack worked, except not for our pick up. It would not extend high enough to get the tire off the ground, even at full extension so in my case I could not use that particular jack. I requested a return for a refund for that reason.

Connection to Raise/Lower Spare Tire is Oversized / Loose and Won't Lift Tire
The media could not be loaded. I bought this because my used 2013 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab was missing the OEM equipment to remove the spare tire when I acquired it. The spare tire was OEM and 11 years old so I bought a new spare tire. I was able to use this kit to remove the spare tire (with gravity on my side) and to raise the empty tire hoist (minimal weight). However, when I got a new spare tire mounted to the wheel I was unable to lift the weight of the new tire. I found that this was because the connection on this kit where it connects to the hoist to lift the tire was either initially oversized or was loose and poorly reinforced so that it got stretched to an oversized degree by bearing the weight of the tire. I borrowed an original kit from a neighbor who had a GM/Chevy truck and it was a correct fit, clearly a slightly smaller square, and clearly better reinforced and heavier duty at the connection.

The jack is good. The spare tire lowering socket does not fit well.
The jack seems fine, and close to OEM quality. But the spare tire lowering socket tool does not fit well. The socket cup is just a round tube that has been crushed to make it somewhat hexagonal. It slips terribly on the bolt end that lowers the spare tire. That is terrible, because it’s already an awkwardly long, blind hole you have to align. So this tool doesn’t help. But it’s MUCH cheaper than the OEM one.I would recommend finding a used OEM one on EBay or at a junk yard instead. So…mixed reviews…:(
