The grains are very active and I am making kefir daily and using it daily

Misleading pic and heading details...it's only starter culture in powdered form not kefir grains...even instruction reveals that it is not intended to develop into grains and not intended to Life time use ..it is only starter culture which can be used for 2or three batches.. very disappointed.. feel like cheated

The kefir grains delivered are LIVE and of high quality but it needs to be taken care well by following the instructions manual provide along with the parcel and also watching demo video/FAQs etc. by going to the website link (or QR codes given). LIVE grains are guaranteed and also replacement/refund is offered by the seller if the grains do not work even after following all the instructions. Some people never go through the instructions and they get the grains lost and complain about the grains. The seller is also available for support all seven days over the support number/email given and they provide unlimited support. Kefir grains are so sensitive that they need to be taken care like babies.
