Bought this as a replacement for a firestick that died and have to say WOW. So much better. An excellent user interface (looks similar to windows 10) and very responsive remote control. 1st time use is so straightforward. Just follow the onscreen prompts, add your wifi security code and it's up and running in minutes. Picture and sound quality is excellent. Menus load much faster than the firestick and not noticed any buffering yet. You can attach hard drives and wireless keyboard/joypads with easy meaning gaming and streaming any saved content is a cinch. All in all a bargain for the money.Update: Have to knock it down a star as i've discovered it doesn't support bluetooth. Was trying to connect a joypad as I dont yet have a compatible keyboard.

Nice neat little box, supplied with ir remote control and bluetooth keyboard.This item works out the box but to get the best from it online guides on how to add streaming reception to Kodi help a lot.Would recommend this to a friend.

 I'm very pleased with this android box, it took literally minutes to get up and running thanks to the setup wizard and had literally thousands of apps available from online radio, live TV, various TV catch-up channels, Sky Go, Netflix, Amazon Prime and others such as Kodi. all of which are easily installed from there play store.Some of the actions in the video are controlled by the provided remote, some are using a cheap USB touchpad remote which just worked when connected.The only issue I noticed was that some apps didn't recognise that I was in the UK and just needed the locale set as seen in the video.All in all, a great purchase packed with functionality, nice and responsive and at a good price.Highly recommended.

My older Kodi could not update to the newest version and I have spent months and months trying to sort it out. It would not steam most things and even when it did, it would stop playing half way through and constantly paused. I could never watch anything HD as they would be totally out of sync and very, very blocky. I even changed internet providers thinking the connection was the issue.Bought this and so glad I did as everything plays perfectly. Fantastic, plus the keyboard remote makes it sooooooo much easier!

ok,not perfect but such is the case at times,live streaming ia of yet not the best way to watch anything so dpending how good your internet provider is to minimise buffering,screen freezes and this seams better than the 4 core android box,had actually lost the remote and seeking a replacement and saw that for not that much I'd go and see if 8 core is twice as good as a 4 core.Not even close,the picture quality are 100 times better,like night and day,yeah it's not like yer VirginT6,not Sky or Freeview HD but eminently watchable,sports such as boxing and football obviously suffer but noy by much,it's really like standard compared to ulta HD....and for the channels you get for a one off payment makes this poss my most canny purchase,I'm ever likely to buy,for the price of one month of Sky/Virgin of all the sport&movies on top of your family pack,the lot,ya get it all,no payments,this really pays for itself and some of the channels,of the many hundreds are great,example would be favourite of mine,The Twilight Zone whole seies non stop,The Outer Limits to comedy liks Curb Your Enthusiasm to sci fi,family,kids....it's amazing and i urge you buy an 8 core....they are worth the extra,trust me,I owned a 4 core,seen someone else with 4 core,the 8 core is immeasurable,like black&white to colour(i'm of B&W portable in my pre vcr bedroom vintage)so well used to dodgy T.V. so maybe I my be being to charitable but really,am watching now and was so impressed watching the boxing,now the Rugby is on and it looks gret,not much in to Rugby,so......to the Twilightzone and this classic series looks awsome,really,so many options,channels,news channels,sport,classic serials from the early days of T.V. to modernshows,if only you could pause,record&rewind but with so much to choose you'll know to look out for it's next showing,Kersplash you even get the original Batman,very easy set up,plug in,go to App installer then press Mobdro,install and done,on screen keeps you right,you use Kodi but having problems with that but I know someone who uses Kodi but Mobdro works for me,other things or apps I haven't used but there is more than just T.V,,but I want it for the T.V.,had some problems with Boxnation but they seem to be messing up the signal,can be fine then changes to a music channel called BoxBeats and I also have had picture with no commentary or crowd noise but a brain damaging screeching noise which defo leads me to believe Boxnation is doing all it can to make you subscribe,personal gripe but Sky is good and so far it's the Boxing channel is the only one I have consistent troublw with and despite being the main reason I got this I have no regrets,a great item and PLEASE get the 8 core,it would be madness to skimp on one off payment,it is an astonishing improvement,you got decent internet then buy,if it's twice the price for an 8 core pay it,it's more than 10 times better,the difference in quality from my old 4 core android box is so good words fail me,one off fee,LOADS of great T.V.,films,sport,channels you've never heard of as well as the ones you do,things you can and can't get from Sky/Virgin/freeview ....all beamed in free....an absolute must,I paid around £60-£70 for this 8 core and couldn't recommend it hicgh enough, Occasional glitch but it happens rarely and will be the fault of the broadcasters,what you get is such great value,T.V for everyone,some fantastic dedicated channel,it's like having a heap of DVD box sets and there is always something that you will find to enjoy,an awsome product,GET THE 8 CORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my second box I've had now I'm somewhat confused on the situation when going onto show box when you log on to hear that you want to look at and then the list of films the problem seems to be having his can't seem to scroll down to see the rest of the films, I don't know if there's something I need to switch on if I take the cover off it won't go down so I'm pretty much after loss I'm sure it's me was missing something because looking at all the great reviews apart from this is a problem the box is fantastic and now the device keeps switching off intermittently every few seconds
