I took this for 5 days. It was hard to drink.it didnt taste bad...it was the texture I guess. I didnt get it down once. I had anxiety about doing it 3 times a day. I really tried. I went to the doctor and she said. The charcoal/clay might interfere with my mental meds. Just be aware if you dont drink enough water you will get constipated. And I hear you are supposed to take it with their other product to work the best. Which they did offer

Although it is a good product when I try to stir one scoop into 12 oz of water it doesn't dissolve all the way.
