Retro Tassel Door Curtain Fly Insect Bug Screen Glitter White String For Doorways

I bought this curtain to deter wasps which seem intent on sharing my accommodation. Unfortunately this morning I stood and watched as two wasps landed on strands of the curtain, crawled round to the inside, and came in. After waving my arms around like a madman the wasps returned to the curtain and made their exit in the same way. This curtain clearly doesn't prevent wasps gaining access although it may deter more timid flies. Of course if, like me, you have your windows open in the summer then a curtain on the door isn't going to help a great deal.That said, this is a nice decorative curtain and of good quality. The strands are fairly close together at the top where they leave the main material but tend to stick together towards the bottom so the gaps between the strands widen. I feel that this curtain may be more useful indoors as a decorative curtain between rooms or to section off a cupboard or cloakroom for instance, but on an outside door to deter flying insects...I wouldn't be too hopeful.

Great product, looks beautiful - white with bits of silver which sparkle in the sunlight. Keeps flies out. I have 2 over a large patio door and 1 over a smaller door.

I bought 2 as I read all the other reviews that it was to thinly spaced ......seriously.,dont waste your money .They were so awful they went straight in the bin ! Really tacky, naff, crap .If i cold of rated the product zero, I would f done

Bought 2 for our French doors. We were plagued by insects in our conservatory, to the point where we spent all are time cleaning it. These curtains have kept out 95%.

I used it to keep out flies away from front door. It was a big help, it blows around a lot, but that seemed to help. Found it very useful.

Arrived early and very well wrapped. I find that two of these on an open door work better than once hence me buying another. Quite robust and pleasing to the eye. Does a very good job at keeping unwanted insects flying into the house which is why I bought them

Bought them for the conservatory doors to keep the flies out. Seem to be doing the job at the moment. I did double up on both doors and they do look lovely. Very pleased with my purchase

Cheap, cheerful - does the job. There doesn't seem to be anything in-between very cheap or hugely expensive products to buy for stopping flies. For the price you won't be disappointed.
