Don't Eat This Book Paperback – 5 July 2012

Father Christmas delivered this to my 9 year old ADHD son who isn't a big fan of reading. He has taken to it really well and just loves it! It's a great alternative to the PS4 and ignites creativity along with your sense of humour. Full of activities that you're "not supposed" to do to a book which have left us in stitches! Folding pages, ripping up and taping pages back together, rubbing ketchup and other equally sticky and messy sauces onto paper, using it as a tennis racket, riding your (dirty) bike wheels across the pages, matching silly jokes, drawing someone who annoys you then slapping it (very therapeutic!!), inventing a superhero using photos from magazines, ... you name it, this book has it! I will be buying this as gifts for my friends' kids too and will have to get one for my daughter! Highly recommended!

So funny entertaining you take it everywhere it’s so amazing you should really get one and if you don’t you’re missing out on something it’s not just reading a book it’s like having an activity to do what ever you go you can do in the car you can do it at school you can do it anyway and it has loads of things to do and it will last you more than a year I know it sounds for ages but really it’s amazing you should totally get one

You can definitely make this Journal yours. It's great for creativity and free thinking! My daughter absolutely loved it!

Bought this for my 8 year old daughter and she LOVES it. There's so many ideas in there this book will keep her going for a long time. I'll be buying a few of these to keep in as presents; I highly recommend this book.

A great book,bought for 8 year old son but 16year old daughter also thought it was good. Anything that isn't technology does it for me and my son is having a fine old time being creative on these pages. Good value and I'm thinking about ordering more as presents for birthdays.

Great fun for 2 boys aged 8. They keep going back to it.

I bought one for my 10 year old daughter who loved it so have bought a heap more for all her friends at school and they have all enjoyed the challenges without feeling them babyish, more direction than a doodle book and great for sparking the imagination.
