Seeking Health Molybdenum 500, Molybdenum Glycinate Chelate Supplement to Support Healthy Detoxification, Supports Metabolism and Iron Utilization, Vegetarian (90 capsules)

In the past 3 years, I developed what appears to be a terrible sensitivity to sulfites. Before I realized that I had it, I suffered from so many symptoms, including brain fog, fatigue, ADHD like symptoms, diarrhea, and occasional joint aches. I was 30 years old feeling like I was going on 89. I bought this a couple years ago after doing research but was reluctant to try something so experimental on my body. It sat there. In the year that followed, I was able to improve my symptoms by minimizing the sulfites in my diet (e.g., eliminating most processed foods and dried fruits), but I still suffered from chronic fatigue, brain fog, sinus congestion, and bouts of diarrhea, as a way of life. After a recent underwhelming experience from my doctor for finding a solution, I came across these pills that had been stored away for months. I took them and omg! I have a relief of brain fog and finally have energy! I feel focused, I did not feel like I need 2 or 3 naps per day - pure productive energy alll day! I was suffering from diarrhea for days leading up to the day I took my first dose and it suddenly stopped. My nasal congestion (which I always experience when my gut is "off" also cleared. When I went to my allergist, she said that my nasal polyps had shrunk!! (Their only proposed options was surgery and steroids).Idk why this works so effectively for me, but it WORKS and worked immediately! I don't know if I'll have to take this indefinitely to retain these benefits, but I'll be experimenting and will come back with an update if anything changes.Please be advised that the upper limit (in the U.S.) for this supplement is 2000mcg. Some people in these reviews are taking far too much unless advised under a doctor. I personally am opting to take this 500mcg pill every other day for now and it seems to work for me!

i switched to this brand because my usuals are often out of stock. I have an extremely hard time breaking down sulfur compounds due to genetic factors. This is a very strong dose so only take one. I am down to only as needed or couple times a week is all i need for this one since it is very potent. I would always blow through my other brands of molybdenum very quickly to even notice and effect so this is really awesome change!

Really great for those who suffer from hangovers!!! I could have one ounce of hard alcohol and the next day I'd feel like I was dying...obviously those feelings were worse if I ingested more alcohol the night before. If I take molybdenum while I start my first drink, it works it's magic and I'm totally fine the next day, no matter how much I had to drink ( within my own body's limits, that is....this won't prevent you from an ER visit to get your stomach pumped because you had too much to drink, just fyi).It has to do with the acetaldehyde in alcohol. Some people can't convert or don't have enough of certain enzymes or proteins to convert acetaldehyde into acetic acid, which is an easier product for the body to clear out of its system. So if you are prone to hangovers after a night of drinking - or for some people like me, after having one tiny drink at night - you are having a build up of acetaldehyde in your system that you can't clear out until it gets converted to acetic acid. Taking the molybdenum -just one pill works for me- with you first drink of the night gives your body the source it needs to keep you hangover free.I swear. It's AMAZING. I also have to take molybdenum if I eat eggs because I react badly to such a high thiol content (Thiol is related to sulfur and causes the same problems as high sulfur foods. Other reviewers have already mentioned molybdenum is great for those who suffer side effects of sulfur rich foods).I can't live without this stuff! Seeking Health is a brand I trust as they have other products that have helped me recover from a bad gene mutation involving b vitamins. They don't put tons of extras in their products and keep the ingredient list as short as possible.

I actually am very pleased with this molybdenum and purchased it because I was looking for molybdenum without cheap rice fillers to which I'm allergic to. I had to take a gamble because the seller didn't think we cared about ingredients or was too lazy to list or photograph the ingredients. Otherwise I would of given this a 5 star review.

No more hangovers from drinking wine!! I stumbled across this information accidentally on utube, so glad I did it works great for people who are sensitive to sulfur. I’m happy with my purchase.

I have been revising my healthcare regime of late by starting to take my bowel into consideration in terms of what is going on in there and how to detox and support. In so doing, I upped my increase of water, began body brushing and began using a tad of coconut oil - imagine my surprise when these small steps began some detoxing for me including some dreadful flareups of rash. When I went and researched all this, I discovered that once the skin starts eliminating toxins, you can probably assume that your kidneys and liver are overworked and might need some support and so I went off to find out how to do that (all in a great hurry and in between massive bouts of scratching and applying of various lotions and potions to alleviate the awful rashes). I read about molybdenum and how it facilitates toxin metabolism thereby taking some of the pressure off of your other organs and finding this one so well reviewed, I purchased a bottle. I have now been taking it for about 3 weeks and about 2 days after it arrived and I added it to my supplement regime, my rashes started calming down. While I continue to increase my internal clean-up efforts (which will go on for a period of years I suspect), I plan to always be helping my body to detox by supplementing with this and, seeing as it was so immediately effective, know that this is a good source and so will always be purchasing this particular brand too - why mess with what you know works after all :)
