Definitely a genuine Kohler product. Bought to replace the hose we bought from Ferguson that ended up being way too long. Looks great, works well. To be determine how it holds up. Will update with any issues.

Hose feels solid and looks real professional. No plastic that I could see or feel on it. Hopefully it performs as well as it looks.

After reading some of the other reviews which said what was pictured wasn't what was ordered, I was leery. When it arrived - the connectors didn't match the old one (the original, German manufactured one that lasted 11 years) but it went together easily on both ends. First try - NO LEAKS - I am a happy Camper. We'll see how long it lasts.....

I bought this shower hose for $72 after reviewing the glowing reviews. I expected at least 5 years of life at the bare minimum.It failed after 1 and half years. The construction is very shoddy and the metal outer cladding broke, exposing the plastic tube within. That got punctured by the remnants of the metal cladding and now I have to buy a new hose.lesson learned. All these products are fake and made to fail within a few months. One might as well purchase the cheapest hose for 15 bucks , and replace later.very disappointed.
