Fantastic barrier cream
This is a really fantastic barrier cream. Our baby had horrendous nappy rash which got progressively worse over the course of several weeks. Nothing would shift it. We tried all the usual over the counter creams as well as switching nappies twice, lots of nappy free time and multiple prescribed creams from the GP (including fungal) and still nothing worked.This was somewhat of a last hope and in combination with powders this has finally cleared the rash almost completely. It is very thick and difficult to get out of the tube but it makes for a fantastic barrier cream. So much so that it won’t even come off in the bath without some effort.We’ll be ensuring we have a tube of this in the cupboard at all times!

Miracle cream
Our newborn had the most horrendous nappy rash - red raw, bleeding, no skin. I was originally going to get Burt's Bees but stupidly listened to other people and tried other recommended creams first; Bepanthen, Metanium, Sudocrem. Also had three different types of cream prescribed by the doctor, again, they didn't improve the situation. Our health visitor said she had only ever seen one other case of severe nappy rash like this in her twenty year career.After having gotten nowhere with all of the above, and a bit more research, I ordered some Burt's Bees. No word of a lie, things have improved substantially within 36 hours. It's remarkable. I will never use anything else now should we have the misfortune of another case of nappy rash.In short I can't recommend this cream enough.

Excellent zinc oxide barrier cream with sweet almond oil and bees wax.
Burt’s Bees products have been a family favourite for a few years but we’d not tried their nappy cream before. During my daughter’s infancy, we used another similar cream from Weleda and these have quite a bit in common although the lack of water as a first ingredient (unlike Weleda) would fit my recollection that this one is slightly thicker to apply.It’s essentially a zinc-oxide based barrier cream, using a variety of ingredients to make for a soothing rash-free bottom. Of course this included the bees wax that the company is known for but there’s also sweet almond oil, lanolin, castor seed oil, jojoba seed oil, shea butter, glyceryl rosinate, olive oil and several plant extracts for scent. As the ingredients are not listed (yet?) on the Amazon listing, I will upload a photo. The 85ml size is good for nappy bags and taking on planes in your hand luggage.I still find such creams useful as I’m a leisure cyclist and can need something for occasional soreness and it’s nice to avoid unnecessary medicated contents (as found in sudocrem for example) on the occasions when that isn’t beneficial. I’ve tried it out and found it very soothing after a longer ride in warm weather. We were very particular what we put on our daughter’s skin – she had some eczema (which I am glad to say she has no longer) and from our experience the Weleda nappy cream was hard to beat. But Burt’s Bees have delivered one to rival it and I can certainly recommend it for parents who want something trustworthy to use in nappy changing.

The best nappy cream
Bought that after one of the Mumsnet users recommended it for a persistent nappy rash. We had a really bad case, none of the creams on the market were working, including the prescription ones! we were desperate to try anything. This is the best cream we have used, cleared the rash within few days and most importantly it's not drying the skin as the other leading brands that contain zinc oxide (which also made our case so much worse). We will be switching to it permanently. Highly recommended!!

Good but quite thick
This cream is quite thick, it's more of an ointment. Due to the high zinc content it's hard to spread so has to be used very sparingly

Only one that worked!
If your child is suffering from bad nappy rash(raw skin or open wound) due to constant pooing, then this is the best cream that will work. My newborn had a very bad rash and wouldnt heal for about 1n half months. The doctors suggested applying lot of Metanium. Let me say, i finished a whole tube of metanium n nothing changed. I then tried Sudosalve,Bepanthen n even got an anti fungal cream prescribed. None of these made any changes to my babies sore bottom. i finally tried burt bees and the rash started to heal within 3 days of application and was gone completely.No exaggeration at all, this is from a mom who tried everything n was so stressed, It is such a relief to see clear bottoms.

Totally love this product. Actually use this on my nearly teenage girls eczema due to the high zinc content.Do struggle at the end of the tube to get it out when it's running low but other than that this is a great product. Fast delivery too

Super Soforthilfe bei wundem Babypo
Nutzten eigentlich die Creme von Weleda seit Geburt an, allerdings hat diese nie vor dem schmerzhaft wunden Zahnungspopo geschützt. Ich hatte mir Alternativen aus der Apotheke besorgt, alle nutzlos. Durch Zufall bin ich dann auf die Creme von Burts Bees gestoßen, da ich auch andere Produkte von der Marke für mich selber nutze und siehe da, es ist die einzige Creme die unserer Tochter (1,5 Jahre) wieder einen heilen popo verschafft hat. Tolles Produkt, hab direkt auf Vorrat nachbestellt. Lediglich die Tube finde ich an sich etwas blöd, da dort die doppelte Menge an Produkt reinpassen würde aber leider sehr viel Luft mit drin ist, was das rausquetschen des Produkts etwas erschwert..

Super efficace, de loin la meilleure
De loin la meilleure crème que j'ai pu testée pour mon bébé. Je l'utilise depuis sa naissance dès l'apparition de rougeur Pour une légère irritation en 2/3 jours il n'y a plus rien. Sa texture est épaisse ce qui permet de faire une barrière protectrice lorsque le bébé fait ses besoins. Ce qui permet de sécher plus vite la zone irritée et de cicatriser aussi plus vite.Je recommande vivement sans hésiter
