Cleaned my solar panels somewhat.
I have used several products to clean my solar panels over the years. Because of new housing construction in my local, there is a lot of blowing dust that collects on the panels. As a test, I used the SPW-35HS Hose Sprayer to clean half of my panels. I used a nylon Recreational Vehicle brush on some of my panels along with the Polywater solution sprayed on and some of my panels were just rinsed without brushing. Also, I used plain water to rinse other panels without the Polywater or Polywater plus brushing. Panels rinsed with plain water looked nearly the same after drying, with a layer of dust remaining. Panels soaked with Polywater and then rinsed had about 1/2 of the dust remaining after drying. Panels soaked with Polywater, brushed and then rinsed looked clean from the layer of dust after drying. The Polywater works about like a Windex product to clean the panels, but should be much safer on the panels long term. My Solar Panel company told me NOT TO USE A WINDOW WASHING LIQUID because of potential corrosion damage to the panels and hardware. On the Polywater Hose Sprayer Attachment: it puts out a wide fan spray that is good for close up work to the panels but not distant panels. If you have panels that you cannot get within a few feet of, like a large rooftop installation like I have, where you can not get close to the center panels, this sprayer will not reach distant panels easily. I plan to use my old Windex window washing hose attachment for the distant panels on my roof, since it puts out a stream rather than the wide fan spray and will more easily cover panels more than a few feet away. Some of my panels are easy to reach and some are more distant from the edge line. For rinsing after the Polywater is applied, I found a standard adjustable spray hose nozzle to be superior to either the Polywater Hose Attachment or the Windex hose attachment because you can adjust the spray pattern while still being able to reach distant panels better for a more thorough rinse. Bottom Line: The Polywater liquid works fine. The Hose Sprayer works well for panels close up.

Spray head works poorly
The solution appears to clean the panels however the top spray leaks at the dial piece. Its either a design flaw or poorly made. Fix the spray parts and this is a great product.
