Crappy design.
Poorly engineered bracket assembly at seat to slider- critical to the very basis or function of this bench. Plastic with ss washers & screws.... not much thought was put into this. My mother in law is not very heavy. Do better. Zero stars.

What a difference!
It is a great help to bathe an older woman who is no longer able to help herself. Ideally, this chair should be used in a large bathroom. If it is a small area it will be difficult to move an adult from a wheelchair to the bench. This is just good information to share. All in all it is a great benefit.The company purchased from could not offer tracking information after the purchase which was the only negative part of the experience.
