Missing wire nuts
It looks nice. Good airflow. Installation be prepared to have your own wire nuts. There were none in the box.

Amazing customer service
Had a little problem with the first order They immediately apologized and asked if I wanted a full refund. Instead I asked if they could just send me another one. I received it the next day! The fan works really well and its quiet. Good product at great price!

Out of balance noise
Seems like an ok unit except that it gives a kind of rumbling noise. When I put my hand on it I can feel it vibrating so that cemented my suspicion that the blades are not well balanced. Wife says it sounds like my car is running outside. Also the size opening for the housing is actually 9.75 inches

I dont recommend this at all
Cheap and you get what you pay for. It collected so much water from steam inside the unit. Definitely not safe for a bathroom. Replaced with a Panasonic from lowes with no issues.

Exhaust fan
The product was nicely made and installed easily. However don’t be fooled by the no attic access. If you already have a vent fan then indeed it can function as a no attic access. If you don’t then you need to somehow snake a 4” vent hose from the access hole in the ceiling to the outside of the house. It claims to have 120 cfm volume of air movement. The specifications don’t elaborate on the optimal length of the 4” exhaust hose to achieve that 120 cfm.
