Kreg KMA-QPIN Shelf Pins 1/4"

These are my favorite style of shelf pins. They are discreet and strong, solid metal construction with no plastic. Kreg is a brand I trust, so I chose these. Also, these were the only ones I could find with a weight rating of 25 lbs per pin, and using them in kitchen cabinet under heavy load of dishes that was important to me.They are all uniform shape and size with a uniform finish and no rough edges. I also ordered a no-brand product for a different project and while they were a better value, they were slightly inferior. If that doesn't matter to you and you need a large quantity I'd make your decision based on price but if this is the exact quantity you need you can't go wrong with these Kreg pins.Note: Not all pins/holes are the same size. If you're starting your project from scratch just set the holes the same size to match your pins. If you're looking for pins to fit existing holes, you should measure first. I learned this the hard way a long time ago, had some shelf pins around the house and was too lazy to buy the right size so I drilled the holes a bit bigger. Turns out those pins were unusually large and had a really hard time finding more after I enlarged the holes!

Good product, does exactly what it’s supposed to. I would recommend this product.

I initially bought some cheap ones but they were very roughly finished. These are a little costlier as they come in pack of 20 only but it has the Kreg finish.
