Don't waste your money, Auto recall doesn't work
I am very disappointed in this product. I purchased this product to track my BBT in hopes of confirming that I was ovulating. I specifically purchased this product because it said it had an auto recall for the last temp taken. Which meant that I should be able to take my temperature at 4 a.m. fall back to sleep and check it when I woke up. Unfortunately I received this product in early February when I was already in the middle of my cycle. So I didn't start using this product until March, only to find out now a month into using it that the auto recall only ever says 97.7. Being new to BBT tracking I have honestly spent the last month thinking that something is wrong with me. But today I saw another review on a Blog for a different thermometer that said the auto recall didn't work. So today I turned the light on at 4 a.m. trying not to wake my husband and saw that my temperature what's 97.37. But when I turned the thermometer back on this morning to see the auto recall temp , it once again said 97.7. I am very disappointed that my return window has closed for this thermometer, because it was $20 wasted., and I've spent the last month blaming myself instead of thinking about it being a product defect. Very frustrating and disappointing.Updated: seller customer service is very responsive. After trying to troubleshoot the issue, with no consistent results, I was given a refund. Although the product didn't preform as expected, I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Poor Hardware Quality
Easy to use but battery only last a couple of months of regular use. I bought a new battery to replace the old and the thermometer broke in the process of changing the battery. Bad design.

It is really hard to read without a back light, and it doesn't hold the last temperature reading which is really annoying if you're trying to do a 9-10 min basal temperature and it turns off before you read it (it turns off automatically at the 10 min mark).
