Its great quality hose and sprayer im just having a leak where hose connects sprayer. Its small leak but i feel if i try to tighten more id break it. Might be a defect item.Update: ive only used like 5 times and plastic cup that holds wash cracked

I've been wanting one of these FOREVER. My kids drag the green hoses all over the place and they kink and no one ever puts them back. So first impression is this is pretty cool. It's got a stop switch on it so I can turn it off inbetween and wherever I am without having to run over and turn the hose off. Also it looks super small, but watch the first time you turn it on. It expands. It does a good job and it's entertaining to the kids to watch. And that's a win here lol.

Honestly, one of the worst products I have tried in a while. Sadly, I was extremely excited for this gift at christmas initially but so far it has been awful. Firstly, I didn't realize how poorly printed this would be, as it's clearly just a mold that gets filled and slapped together, half of my spray options do not even come out properly. Secondly the click mechanism on mine absolutely sucks. I've tried it with three different kinds of soap, just dawn, an actual shampoo, and a concentrate soap that's thin and watery and meant for easy dilution. Half the time I was on the soap click I wouldn't get any soap. Half the time I was on the water click (I tried to use it to wash some buckets as well, thought it would help me not use my back so much) soap would come out. Kind of hard to rinse a bucket that's intended to hold clean water with soapy water, isn't it? Honestly, I had better luck getting soap to come out of this thing if I left it midway between the off click and the soap click. Even with the concentrate soap I could see it sink to the bottom of the container and despite me being on the soap click, I didn't see any water flowing into the container swishing it around which ensured that I wasn't even getting any soap coming up the line whatsoever. Let me be clear, after reading so many reviews about this product and how well it works on dogs I bought it for my horse. I fully understand that this is an entirely different creature, and the dirt is very different, but let me make it clear that my horse had FRESH MUD, as I had literally just bathed him the day before and scrubbed really well, and watched him roll in a puddle. I wasn't attempting to get out stains, I would've just loved to even get off surface dirt. I tried all the settings except for the hardest jet as that's too much pressure for a horse. I had to pass over every little inch of his body several several times to even get some dirt off, and all in all I spent about an hour to "wash" him. I bought this product to save time, not waste it. I also had to stand with the nozzle basically on the surface of his skin to get any sort of dirt coming up, and I get that it's meant for a car and to not scratch off the paint, but honestly at that pressure I wouldn't waste my time trying to wash a car with it either. And after I finally finished his bath I went back to touch him and he was still so effin' muddy. I would've done better spending 15 minutes brushing him with plain water and then hosing him off. I've tried this product several times as I really wanted to love it, I knew somebody who had a similar one from an ace garden section and that's why I bought this as we don't have that hardware store near me. To add more shame, my horse came in super muddy again yesterday, and I decided to go back to my $1.99 nozzle I bought from tractor supply and wash him off. It worked a thousand times better than this contraption, and it worked better than using soap through this thing. I thought perhaps it could have been an issue with that particular hose and how much water pressure we have so I changed the hose, changed the faucet, and we have good/great water pressure around the barn. At no location did I feel like this product actually did as advertised. I will make the drive to an ace to get the other product I suppose and this one will just sit somewhere in the barn as I'm way past the return date since I had to wait for warm weather before I could test it.

Perfect hose for stretching a;cross the lawn. Extends out to 50 feet and coils perfectly when not in use. The sprayer is great and awesome for spraying the garden, watering flowers cleaning the cars. It appears well made, heavy duty connectors and extremely light weight. What I love is that it doesn't coil or kink which is huge dragging all over and it tucks away in the smallest spaces. Definitely better quality then the others I have tried. The spray nozzle with soap holder is an awesome touch, makes cleaning a breeze!

Hose is great. Pretty durable. The spray wand that comes with it, Junk!Used twice and leaks and won’t shut off. Cheap plastic.

I was really excited about receiving my hose due to me just running over my last hose with the lawnmower. When I opened the amazon box, the actual box that the hose came in was already open and looked damaged. But luckily nothing in the box was damaged. There was some brown fuzzy lit-like on parts of the hose but they came right off. Besides that, I love this hose and all the attachments

It has great potential, but the gauge that turns the soap on and just water broke (or came broke) on 1st use. I really wanted a replacement as the spray on this is great but instead the company just gave a refund (which is nice but really was hoping to have a good product).

If you want a hose that is tricky and changes length with water pressure, then this is fine. Don't even try to attach a sprinkler, it will retract. Nice hose though, will pull back, not for kids.
