UTHCracy 4-Pack 2800mAh NiMH AA Rechargeable Batteries with Smart Battery Charger

So I picked up this rechargeable battery setup in an effort to reduce the number of AA batteries I was going through as a mobile DJ/karaoke host. In general, I can get about 6-8 hours of solid service out of even cheap AA batteries in my wireless microphones, so I was hoping for something close to that. What I got was...not so much. I used these at a wedding recently and got about 4 hours out of them before they tanked and shut down. The most disconcerting part of it all is that the battery meter on the wireless setup read as full RIGHT UP UNTIL THAT POINT, so shutdown came literally without warning. This isn't something I'm comfortable with at all. For short gigs, these will probably be ok, but if I have to carry regular batteries as a backup, what's the point? I guess I'm "meh" about this product. I don't hate it but I don't necessarily recommend it either.

I have purchased these batteries in the past, and the 16 I bought I had no problem with, However I just received another purchase yesterday, 4-4pack with 4 chargers, out 0f the 16 batteries, 4 will not charge at all, I tried them in all 4 chargers that came with the batteries and also on my own charger still will not charge, I assume the batteries are defective. I will just trash them and perhaps try a different brand in the future, since I also have to buy some AAA rechargeable batteries.

These rechargeable batteries work fantastic! I get tired of having to buy batteries over and over again. Especially since they're so expensive. Charging these things is super simple and then being able to use them in any device is convenient.

the batteries came in a cute little plastic case charger was light it's awesome that you can charge your phone through the charger because of a USB part in the side but these two rechargeable batteries did not work in my Xbox 360 controller I had to give them to my roommate who has an Xbox One the batteries work in his controller

had 6 in the trash can sensor. dies in two day!!!! normal one time battery works 3 months...tried twice and both time two days it is.......would never buy anything without enough review

Not bad for the price, but batteries take quite a while to charge and doesn’t seem to last as long as normal batteries. I keep it on hand for when I’m in a pinch.

Very good high capacity batteries

Bought this for my son for his video game controller. So far no problems, saved me money from buying batteries continuously.
