Disgusting. Smelled really weird, took a bite, spit it out after 5 seconds of it in my mouth.This might be a perfect product for those who grew up with it, though. For me, as a westernized American who is rarely exposed to Asian treats and desserts, this is not the product for me.However, I bought this because I remember enjoying these as a child, that were made at home and fresh from a family friend. I had only had their moon cakes twice and I bought these a few days ago remembering the delectable taste for the mooncakes I had as a child. So while I wouldn't suggest this for people who are like me, not that well exposed to Asian deserts or have never had a moon cake before, I can say with absolute confidence that these are nothing like the homemade versions that you'd remember having as a kid if you are frequently exposed to Asian culture or are raised in a traditional Asian household.On the plus side, they're packaged really well and pretty (attached).

The mooncakes arrived squished in a tiny box with almost no protection. The box itself was completely squashed, as were the mooncakes - as you can see in the photos. Also they tasted bad, mostly just like sugar with no other flavors, and the texture was gross, not what snowskin mooncake should be like.

They arrived tightly packed in a tiny cardboard box with no protection at all, but fortunately all of the mooncakes were fine despite the box was squished badly in corner.I had high expectations for these "snowy" mooncakes, however, they are nothing like that. Regardless of the false advertisement, they taste decent. I like the purple sweet potato flavor the best.

Despite the bad reviews, I decided to give these a try and see what they were like for myself. I must say, I am not impressed. The texture is basically like eating playdoh, and the flavor is pretty bland. However, they arrived in good condition and were pleasing to the eye.Edit: I actually liked the rose-flavored one. It tasted like birthday cake.
