yes, you are supposed to dry your hair and style it as you would ordinarily, then place the highlights where you want them.

Q: If I used revlon color effects platinum about 4 weeks ago, can I use the medium iridescent blonde/iced meringue?

I use several colors and it always come out nice...most of the time my hair fades to a really light blond so I like to get it darker blond during the winter so I go darker blond then in summer I switch around. So hope this helps. I've never been disappointed.
