Product came on time but is missing 2 small ear pieces. I want a refund.

My son was born with his top of the ear folded down and this definitely helped make sure his ear was straight. Definitely recommend the tape does not hurt to remove

Missing pieces
This looks like it could work but the package was incomplete so I would only be able to correct one ear at a time. Very disappointing.

Useless trash
This will not do anything for your child, it doesn’t even come with a set for both ears. Mix matched little aluminum pieces as you can see. Ear pieces are huge for adult ear not an infant’s ear. Waste of money.
