I couldn't be more happier with this purchase, and I've purchased plenty of times before. I decided to review this item for your piece of mind (for those still not sure if they want to commit to this every month). I personally have noticed a huge different in my skin tone, clarity and a lack of blemishes which honestly, I'm not missing. I don't normally get them, but when I do it was annoying? I figured I'm lacking something, so I decided to get this for my skin and hair!I think most people who go this route are focused on skin care, hair care and overall health care. good ingredients
This is my first time trying these vitamins. I was drawn to them because the ingredients looked really good, at least according to the packaging. I’ve been taking them for about a couple of weeks now. Overall, everything’s fine. I can’t really say I feel any better or worse — pretty much the same as usual. The only thing is, it’s a bit uncomfortable for me that one serving is three capsules. Swallowing three at once is just a little tough for me.

love this product! my hair was shedding following Covid and i tried all the shampoos, serums and other vitamins which did nothing.
