Does wonders
I realized this year I was iron deficient. I decided to look for a multi vitamin that also had b vitamins in it to help with energy. This has it all! It helps me with energy and stronger visible signs like strong nails, my skin even has looked fresher. I also like that this bottle has many more doses than other bottles I saw that would only last a month.

I am using this because I have anemia and I don't like synthetic supplements.I take it with water every 2 days.It smells like broccoli. And the capsules are big.I do not get any side affects or feel any different than before I started taking this 2 weeks ago.I wish it had methylcolabamin instead of cyanocolabamin as this is synthetic which do not appreciate if I'm buying a 'natural' product.Besides that I think the rest of the ingredients are fineE.g;Ferrochel® (ferrous bisglycinate) is a patented chelated form of non-haem iron that passes through the stomach and small intestine without breaking apart.5 It has been shown to be more effectively absorbed than other types of iron chelate in healthy people with different iron levelsOverall affordable and a good product if it wasen't for the synthetic b12 i would have given 5 starsI also use a magmesium supplement from this brand which is very energizing i take that also every other day

They are easy to take.
They don’t bother my stomach. It takes a act of congress to get an iron blood test so I don’t know if iron level has improved. Oh! Maybe TMI but I recently learned that the iron level in the blood can affect the other medication and their efficacy. In my case it’s important that my medication works well.
